Our factory has an easy unloading area made to receive the differents type of PVC by truck. Our backhoe loader take care of loading the production line.
OUR TECHNOLOGIES
Washing system
Our factory recycling line has several steps to convert PVC. One of these is to wash the plastic pellets and make it as clean as possible of any dust, dirt and mud. All the removed dirt will not be in the miconized PVC or in the recast. It improve the quality of the final product rebuilt.
LOADING hopper
The backhoe loader is in charge to feed the line continously through a wide hopper with the raw PVC got on the truck unloading area.

One of the step on our recycling line is the sorting. We have an automatic machine giving us the ability to run our recycling line full time and with a guarrantee on the final materials. This sorting system designed by Tomra is fast and accurate and help in the rest of the process.

micronization & Fine sieve separation
We use micronizing to drastically reduce the size of the elements. A sieve is here to control and to return in the cycle the PVC not small enough to continue the process.
convey & COARSE SIEVE
PVC Recycling has several type of conveyor, belt, screw, tube. A coase sieve is one of the first separation system to limit the big elements arriving in the process.
MICRONIZING
We use micronizing to drastically reduce the size of the elements. A sieve is here to control and to return in the cycle the PVC not small enough to continue the process.
